Terms of Service

The Editor lets you compose pages from a palette of accessible VEXA blocks, edit their content, and export a self-contained bundle of static HTML and CSS. It is provided free of charge and “as is”.

The Editor is local-first: the sites you build are stored in your own browser and are not uploaded to us during ordinary editing. An account is used only to sign in to the workspace, not to store your site content on our servers.

Signing in and signing up are the same action: authenticating with Google, GitHub, or a one-time email code creates your account on first use. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and connected providers secure.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Editor. You may stop using it and delete your local data at any time by clearing your browser storage.

You retain all rights to the text, images, and other material you add to a site, and to the static files you export. We claim no ownership of your content or of the sites you build with the Editor.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish, and for ensuring you hold the rights to any material you include. You agree not to use the Editor to create content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

The VEXA design system, the Editor's own code, its templates and stylesheet remain the property of Valfiguer and its licensors. Exporting a site grants you the right to use the generated markup and the accompanying VEXA stylesheet for that site.

The Editor does not host websites and does not perform DNS or TLS configuration. Exported files are yours to deploy on any static host you choose; connecting a custom domain happens at your host's DNS layer.

Any future Valfiguer hosting is optional and, if offered, will be governed by additional terms presented at that time.

Do not misuse the Editor: do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service beyond what the law allows, probe our authentication system, or use it to build content that violates the rights of others or applicable law.

The Editor is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Because your work is stored locally in your browser, you are responsible for keeping your own backups by exporting your sites. We are not liable for data lost through browser storage being cleared, corrupted, or unavailable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valfiguer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Editor.

We may update these Terms as the Editor evolves. Material changes are reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
